Ky-mani's Marley, who's getting close to finishing his third album that is untitled is definitely a celebrity. Ky-mani Marley was born on February 26th, 1976 to Robert Nesta Marley, a legendary Jamaican singer and a taa. One Love starred Ky-mani as Kassa. It's an engaging love story that follows an enlightened musician from reggae who tries to break free from the slums of his life and realizes there is a whole new world to explore after falling in love with one of the girls at the church. The film was highly acclaimed by film critics as well the film festival crowd. This film has not released in the cinemas. Frank Flowers has directed Ky-Mani's feature film Haven. Haven was screened at the Toronto International Film Festival. The Toronto International Film Festival was the first to premiere Haven. His message, which transports you back to the past reggae's greatest, is "one love. One goal. one goal." Anita Belnavis (Falmouth, Jamaica) was an able tennis champion. Kymani is an East African term meaning adventurous traveler, and as a man living according to his title Every album or journey can be described as an adventure. His journey into music began in 1999 with The Journey. With an eclectic vision he was looking for his own niche, roaming the musical spectrum to discover his numerous skills. 2001 was the year that Many More Roads (Grammy-nominated), a "traditional" reggae album , was released , revealing a mature Ky-mani. The Journey and Many More Roads were well received worldwide, thus solidifying Ky-mani as an individual "artist". Ky-Mani's sound is a mixture of reggae roots, layered with hip-hop, R&B and contemporary jazz.
